I design. I teach design. I use a lot of machines.
Here are the various places you can find me around the internet. A portfolio of my work will soon be available at somewheresomething.com. A lot of photos from ongoing and past projects are available on my Facebook profile.
SomewhereSomething is my design firm which is currently under construction, both digitally and physically. Stay tuned.
I record tutorials for my students at Woodbury University and make them available to the public. Most of the tutorials are Rhino/Grasshopper design videos and/or RhinoCAM and digital fabrication videos.
Mostly things I find interesting from Flipboard.
That website that was made into a movie starring that one kid.
I listen to a lot of music. Spotify has quelled the anxiety associated with contemplating digitizing my 10's of thousands of CD's. Once Spotify adds all the rare early 1990's hip-hop remixes that anxiety will be gone completely. Friend me.
Nowadays, despite having a fancy Nikon, 99% of of photos that I take are taken with my iPhone, and Instagram is my choice for storage/sharing. User: jasonfking
For a couple of years Sacha and I had a wine blog. We won awards, got a ton of free wine, and then we both quit drinking. And wine blogging. Go figure.
I have maintained a personal blog, with varying degrees of consistency, since 2003. The past focus is primarily on my education as an architect. The future, I suppose, will focus on my ongoing design experimentation, teaching, and starting a business, occasionally peppered with Vespas and travel.
